takeKONTROL baut digitale und HW-Produkte für Resilienz, Krisenvorbereitung und Verteidungsfähigkeit in einer zunehmend komplexen Welt.

Wir entwickeln Apps, Plattformen und digitale Produktformate an der Schnittstelle von Technologie, Unternehmertum und gesellschaftlicher Wirkung.

Wir sind frühphasig, ambitioniert und bauen mehrere Produkte parallel.

Dafür suchen wir keine klassischen Produktmanager:innen, sondern Builder, die Lust haben, Dinge wirklich umzusetzen.

Deine Rolle

Als Founders Associate – Product Building arbeitest du direkt mit dem Founder & CEO zusammen.

Du hilfst dabei, Ideen schnell in konkrete Produkte, MVPs und Features zu übersetzen – und diese iterativ weiterzuentwickeln.

Das ist keine reine Koordinationsrolle und kein Konzern-Produktmanagement. Es ist eine hands-on Builder-Rolle im Company Building.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Übersetzen von Founder-Ideen in Produktkonzepte, MVPs und Features
  • Mitaufbau und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer digitaler Produkte (App, Plattform, Content-Produkte)
  • Koordination externer Entwickler:innen, Designer:innen und Tools
  • Arbeiten mit No-Code / Low-Code, Prototyping-Tools und frühen Tech-Setups
  • Strukturieren von Product-Roadmaps (pragmatisch, leichtgewichtig)
  • Testen, Lernen, Iterieren – immer aus Nutzer- und Markt-Perspektive
  • Mitdenken bei Tech-Entscheidungen, Tooling und Produktarchitektur
  • Dokumentation und Übergabe in skalierbare Strukturen

Dein Profil

  • High Potential mit 0–3 Jahren Erfahrung
  • Studium oder Background in Unternehmertum, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT, Engineering oder vergleichbar
  • Starkes Interesse an Product Building, Startups und Company Building
  • Du kannst zwischen Business und Tech übersetzen (auch ohne selbst Full-Stack zu entwickeln)
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit:

• MVP-Building


• No-Code / Low-Code oder SaaS-Tools

  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert

und pragmatisch

  • Du hast Lust auf Verantwortung, Unsicherheit und schnelle Lernkurven
  • Du willst perspektivisch mehr Verantwortung übernehmen (z. B. Product Lead / Venture Builder)
