Job Description:
Join as the first Founders Associate, working directly with experienced founders to gain deep insights into all business areas. You'll shape the growth of a fast-moving fintech, taking on co-founder-like responsibility in strategic support, business development, and fundraising, with the opportunity for company equity.

What you will do:
- Provide strategic support to the CEO, independently managing daily projects and contributing to key strategic initiatives.
- Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities, developing product ideas, and supporting the go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses, prepare data-driven decision bases, and actively participate in future fundraising rounds.
The ideal candidate:
- Fluent in both German and English, with a relevant degree and potentially initial professional experience.
- Possesses a strong passion for entrepreneurship and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Highly self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, eager to take on significant responsibility.
