Are you a forward thinker too? **Then join us now** In your role as CRM Senior Expert (Salesforce), you are responsible for both the "what" and "why" of our process. At the same time, the main goal is to keep the Salesforce implementation project on track in terms of schedule and budget as well as ensure clear business ownership. **Your Responsibilities** - You will establish smooth communication between stakeholders and team members while defining, prioritizing, and approving work for the team. - You work closely with stakeholders to ensure the investment in Salesforce pays off while ensuring the business has the right KPIs and driving the implementation of CRM and dashboards. - You bear the overall technical responsibility for the result and effectiveness of the Salesforce products, understanding smart business goals and business practices, and translating those into requirements for the Salesforce instance. - You coordinate documentation analysis, interviews, and research to translate business language into technical requirements in user story format effectively to run product development and delivery within multifunctional agile teams. - You provide holistic support and recommendations for product and process roadmaps and establish and supervise continuous improvement in the Salesforce implementation efforts, e.g. which CRM apps, components, processes, and workflows should be implemented and when. - Moreover, you are always ready to assist with the design of user acceptance testing and end-user training materials as well as to keep all stakeholders aware of project progress - including potential risks, and ready with solutions to mitigate these risks. **What you bring along** - You have experience in working with different teams using CRM tools and a track record of innovating on behalf of different stakeholders. - You bring a proven ability to quickly gain the trust of colleagues and key stakeholders and mobilize and motivate teams. - Having a solid understanding of state-of-the-art cloud solutions and strong communication skills combined with outstanding moderation and presentation skills. - With your structured approach, and your problem-solving abilities, you organize yourself and you are always ready to find new and creative solutions. - You are a pro in prioritization and refinement of backlogs and partnership with the agile teams to craft and develop user-friendly customizations to meet business needs. - Bachelor’s degree or above in e-commerce / digital media/computer science/economics, or engineering. - Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English is mandatory.
