We’re looking for a dynamic **HR Business Partner** who thrives on building scalable people strategies, partnering across the business, and growing the culture from the inside out as we scale.

**What you will do**:

- ** Partner across the business**, advising managers and founders on performance, development, employee relations, and Org design.
- ** Support the full employee lifecycle**, including onboarding, performance cycles, promotions, and offboarding.
- ** Coach with empathy and clarity**, guiding leaders through feedback, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- ** Own scalable HR processes**, building frameworks and tools that grow with us.

**What you bring**:

- At least** 1-3 years of HR experience** in a generalist role, recruiting, or business partnering in fast-paced or scale-up environments.
- Relevant experience in full-cycle **recruiting**, with a heavy focus on tech hiring.
- You know your way around developer hiring, GitHub sleuthing, and engineering lingo.
- A **bias toward action**: Startup mentality, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- ** Organized and detail-obsessed** (you love a good spreadsheet almost as much as a good hire).
- You make decisions based on data - not vibes.
- ** Fluency in English**; **German**is a plus but not mandatory.
