And we're looking for a **Head of People Operations** to join our team and embark on this journey with us.

**What you will do**

This role is responsible for running People Operations globally.

Here's what you'll be responsible for day-to-day:

- Design and implement scalable processes and other initiatives that will improve the employee lifecycle across entities.
- Act as a sparring partner to the senior leadership team. Understand the needs of the business and advise on changes to policy and/or process to achieve business goals.
- Ensure information is readily available to all employees and managers via Tourlane's internal knowledge base (Confluence).
- Own employee data and reporting, generating insights and sharing them proactively to drive decision making.
- Contribute to the geographic expansion of the business, ensuring compliance and smooth HR operations across all locations.
- Lead, coach and guide our People Operations team in their day to day work, in particular acting as an escalation point on sensitive employee matters.

**What you will need to be successful**

Here's the experience we are looking for:

- Proven experience in People Experience/HR Operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record of people management with experience managing a People Experience or HR operations team.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German skills. French is a plus.
- Very strong knowledge of German labour law. Experience in France is a plus.
- Exposure to working in an international environment and comfortable navigating HR operations in multiple markets.
