**Rollenbeschreibung**:
Location: Global scope/location, Western Europe

Purpose: Determining the business viability of innovation concepts and translating them into compelling, scalable business propositions.

Reporting Lines: Directly reports to Global Innovation Director

**Rollenverantwortung**:
Individual Accountabilities:
**Identifying and articulating new opportunities**
- Translate strategic innovations into compelling scalable business propositions taking into account e.g., technology readiness levels, consumer insights, and the capability of the market to embrace developed propositions.
- Bridge the gap between customer desirability, technical feasibility, and economic viability to ensure concepts are holistically thought through and de-risked.

**Business case development**
- Develop new business models across business lines and beyond Arcadis current solutions.
- Conduct market research and market analyses through desk research, SME interviews and direct customer validation
- Develop advanced financial business cases to support Arcadis investment decisions

**Developing concepts and strategy**
- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with Arcadis corporate strategy.
- Facilitate strategic discussions in broader teams across businesses and functions.
- Proactively engage with (senior) executives to identify opportunities for Arcadis.

**Leadership**
- Co-ordinate cross-functional internal & external project teams

Key Shares Accountabilities:

- Explore, develop, and test innovation concepts that could create new business models for Arcadis and/or disrupt the industry.
- Develop a strong internal and external network to strengthen innovation concepts.

**Qualifikationen & Erfahrung**:

- MBA degree (or relevant equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate innovation or proposition development at e.g., digital labs/design studios, strategy consultancy firms, and/or strategy departments in an international corporate environment
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills to lead, inspire and develop functional teams and influence senior stakeholders and partners.
