We can only do this by having a deep understanding of our customers, mobility and technology while recognising the criticality of close collaboration with trusted colleagues in UX and product design, engineering and marketing and operations. We are part of five tribes and thirteen cross-functional product squads shaping and building our customer-facing apps and tools across customer and fleet operations. Every day, we work towards the SHARE NOW purpose of making cities more liveable by sharing more and owning less. **ROLE** We are looking for a Head of Product (f/m/d) to join our team with proven experience in Product Management and/or Product Design. You will work closely with our tribes on the most essential parts of our product to ensure our customers always have an outstanding experience. **WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED** - As a Head of Product (f/m/d) at SHARE NOW, you're responsible for aligning our priorities within Product Creation - You leverage your product expertise to help defining quarterly OKRs for the Product Creation department - On a daily basis, you coach and support our tribe leads in creating, shaping and building their products - You will work closely with other departments to shape the best strategy for our product - You will support our tribe leads and product managers in working closely with development teams and mediate between technical, UX/UI and business matters, being able to represent every stakeholder perspective - As part of the Product Creation leadership team, you contribute in creating an exciting inclusive work environment where everyone feels motivated with the work they do **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** - Experience from a company with a "product mindset", especially with cross-functional collaboration, OKR frameworks or s.th. similar - Clear perception of the differences between output and outcome with the ability to communicate those distinctions - Understanding of how to lead leaders and having a wide range of management exposure (approx. 20 people) - Motivation to drive change and rethink our collaboration with other departments towards a product mindset - Ability to help your department members to focus and be productive by balancing the amount of tasks - Strategic-thinking-mindset and feeling comfortable to set ambitious product goals together with the management stakeholders and the delivery teams - Expertise in developing strategies along with leading a department to create new business models in times of economic pressure - Ideally you have a background in a tech/SaaS company - At SHARE NOW, we're looking for outstanding individuals who can contribute with new perspectives and are curious about learning.
