I’m working exclusively with a B2C company based in Berlin looking for a Head of Product to join their Berlin office.
With international offices and high growth, this is a great opportunity for someone to take real ownership, and build a brand new division within the business from the ground up.
Working as both a team leader and individual contributor, you will provide strategic initiatives to continuously optimise the website and deliver on team OKRs.
You will manage their Ecommerce product, whilst creating and driving the Product strategy to maximise online sales and conversion.
To be successful as the Head of Product all you need is:
- At least 5 years industry experience in product management
- Experience working with modern products in an Ecommerce environment is essential
- Strong analytical mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
- Strong communication skills are essential - written and verbal
