Vertragsart: unbefristet

Ihre Aufgaben
- Mitgestaltung bei neuen Prozessen in der Headquarter-Organisation und im Eurodrive-Netzwerk
- Gestaltung und Ausführung neuer Themenkomplexe entlang der SEW-Eurodrive Wertschöpfungs
- und Prozesslandschaft
- Mitarbeit in Projekten im Stammhaus, wie auch in Projekten mit den Niederlassungen von SEW-EURODRIVE
- Unterstützung in den Themenfeldern Sales & Marketing, Vertriebsprozesse, Supply-Chain-Management, Infrastrukturentwicklung und Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement
- Selbständige Planung und Durchführung von Transferworkshops diverser Themenkomplexe (online oder vor Ort in den Niederlassungen)
- Unterstützung des Regionalmanagements und des District Managements im Bereich 'International Markets'
- Internationale Reisetätigkeit mit Fokus auf den europäischen Märkten

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen im internationalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse der elektrischen Antriebs
- und Automatisierungstechnik
- Sehr gutes Verständnis zu Sales, Marketing und Wertschöpfungsprozessen, wie auch zu Finanzprozessen und Supply Chain Management
