Smooth and efficient cooperation even remote. **Your mission during this flight**: As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will support large-scale business and cultural transformation in the context of an Agile-driven, future of work environment. You and the L&D team will be responsible for ensuring that the entire Volocopter workforce is sufficiently qualified to master the current as well as the medium and long-term challenges.
