That is where you come in** As our new Project Management Lead, you oversee the global and pan-European marketing (brand) campaigns end-to-end as the cross-functional Project Management Office (PMO) owner. You're implementing functional and more agile project management (PMO) setup with the HQ of yfood impacting all national campaign processes. This includes the definition of processes, tools, methods and measurements. **YOUR MISSION**: - You will be responsible for planning and coordinating overarching campaigns/events/creations (Creation and management of Marketing Plan (templates) - You'll coordinate various agencies in collaboration with internal stakeholders, „hiring“ internal team members & project teams and developing strategic plans for communicating a brand message - You'll lead and implement (brand) campaigns in DE and AT by owning respective project plans, agency relations and measurements in close alignment with specialist functions - You'll coordinate external cooperation campaigns such as retailer cooperations, in DE, incl. project management, agency steering, internal communication & channel - You'll create dedicated reportings on brand & cooperation campaigns and derives learnings for optimization of future activations - You provide HQ support for international brand managers for all campaign purposes and ensure the interlocking of all marketing activities at a global level **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**: - You have an academic background in business administration ideally with a focus on marketing or strategy - You have fundamental experience in the management of complex and international projects and processes on the company level or in consultancies - You are a trained Project Manager or had training regarding PMO - You have experience in leading complex projects on time and on budget - You have a proven track record using and implementing project management tools (preferable Asana) - You love numbers and working with agile methods - You speak German and English fluently **(WH)yfood?**: - ** We promote equal opportunities and value diversity.** We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. - ** Holidays are important**.
