General information- Country - Germany - City - Munich - Department - Consulting Services - Job ID - 37805 - Description & Requirements- The PMO Portfolio Director drives results of the full life cycle of project, program and portfolio improvement for the consulting services area serving large projects for Infor’s Central and Northern European Regions. - The Director works directly with the project/program managers and practice directors/managers to coach, advise and drive the adoption of project tools, processes, and methodologies to assure that projects are managed and sponsored to achieve a successful outcome. - A Day in The Life Typically Includes: - Perform portfolio analysis of trends and insights with action item recommendations and follow up. - Provide measurements directly tied to improvement in customer success outcomes and improved services margin - Communicate and establish relationships with C-level executives and Vice-Presidents and Director levels - May be assigned practices to provide the following: PM mentoring, project quality reviews, participation in customer projects, selling the value of project management, portfolio analysis of trends with action item recommendation and follow up. - Remediate and manage large, complex, difficult projects and programs when needed - Be a "contribution-motivated" member of the team - What You Will Need: - 10+ years project management experience with oversight or project management for large, complex ERP projects - 5+ years of interacting with senior level client and internal management - Project Management Professional (PMP®), PRINCE2 certification or other qualifying certifications - Microsoft Office skills Excel, PowerPoint, Word - German language proficiency - What Will Put You Ahead? Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing large, complex global project implementations - Development and implementation of project management bid processes, methodology and tools - Management of multiple projects in a portfolio - Systems Integrator / Partner project management experience - Working knowledge of Data science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Python experience also a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and Power BI experience is helpful - About Infor Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
