Staff Specialist Project Management Office

Are you the one, who keeps the bigger picture in mind? Do you want to support others with your excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills? As a Staff Specialist Project Management Office (PMO) you will contribute to the success of strategic and innovative R&D projects. You will act as a central interface for project-related topics, methods & tools, coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders and support our Project Managers to deliver in budget, quality and time.

In your new role you will:

- Act as **PMO for R&D projects **located within Infineon’s PSS Central Function RDE (R&D Excellence)
- Pro-actively **enable our Project Managers **in using relevant tools, setting-up projects, checking project setups, tracking project targets as well as changes
- **Support our senior R&D management **for strategy presentations, workshop organization or for regular reporting
- **Analyze KPIs, trends and other R&D performance parameters **, for example, project cycle times, cycle time delays
- Act as an **interface to Infineon central organizations **(e.g., Business Excellence, IT)
- **Roll out of state-of-the-art tools and processes **within the project management organization
- **Collect and analyze feedback **for continuous improvement within our R&D community

Above all, you enjoy collaborating across boundaries, dealing with different points of views, achieve compromises and use our creative potential for continuous improvement of our way of working. You love to facilitate change (which is guaranteed in the semiconductor industry). You are a strong analytic thinker and believe in pragmatic solutions (we need both at Infineon). Furthermore, you enjoy working with our project managers in order to make them better. Standing still is not your thing and you find inspiration in working on the big picture with your colleagues and our entire R&D community.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

- A **degree in **Economics, Business Administration, Computer Engineering **or similar
- At least **3 years of working experience **related to **Project Management Office **(PMO) activities in-house or as a consultant, ideal in the **Semiconductor Industry**:

- Solid **experience with PMO processes and tools **such as Project Lifecycle Management, MS Project, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence etc.), risk management and problem-solving methodologies, requirements management (RDDF/Jama), PowerPoint and Excel
- **Superb communication skills**:

- **Experience in configuration and change management**:

- **Data analysis skills **, ideally experience in Tableau; experience in SQL, VBA, Python is a plus
- Excellent **English **skills, **German **is a plus
