**What you will do**
- Independent experimental design, execution and evaluation, including sample preparation and cataloging
- Measurement of capacitance, leakage current, hysteresis and pyroelectric coefficients
- Testing and improvement of the experimental setup for the determination of the pyroelectric variable
**What you bring to the table**
- Masters or diploma program in solid state physics, material science, semiconductor technology or electrical engineering
- Experience in the characterization of microelectronic components
- High level of commitment, reliability and a independent working style
- Passion for technological topic, being not afraid of asking questions and the ability to contribute to a team
- Good German or English communication skills, both written and spoken

The weekly working time is to be agreed individually. The position is limited for the time of the scientific work. The duration is flexible according to agreement and possible study guidelines.
