**We are seeking for**:
a
**Head of Program Services (gn*).**

We are looking for a Head of our Program Services department to start as soon as possible. The position is a full-time position (40 hours/week) and is limited to a period of two years (with a subsequent extension planned).
In this position, you will be responsible for the Program Management and Examination Office departments and lead a team with a total of four employees.
In the grown structures of the company, you will have a lot of creative freedom, which you will use to implement agile structures as well as to develop and implement robust and adequately digitalized processes.
You will work closely with the Dean's Office, the Faculty and the other KLU departments, especially Student Services, International Office, e-learning and Recruitment.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You plan the strategic orientation and further development of our study programs in close coordination with the dean
- You are responsible for program accreditations
- You continuously expand the contact with our university cooperation partners, this is done in close interdepartmental coordination
- You are responsible for the continuous process optimization of the department
- You support the appointment committee in the selection of new faculty members
- You have budget responsibility for the entire department

**Your qualifications**:

- Successfully completed degree and at least 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a higher education environment
- Proven leadership experience and enjoyment of leadership responsibilities
- Strong analytical and strategic skills as well as a process-oriented mindset
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Solid experience with the MS Office package as well as a high digital affinity
- High level of commitment and independent structured working style as well as confident and friendly demeanor, decision-making ability and strong organizational skills
- Team player with a keen sense for the 'essential things at the right time'

You bring along social competence, enthusiasm and strong communication skills. In addition, you have a confident, engaging and target group-oriented manner in an international context and always maintain an overview, even in stressful situations. Independence, decisiveness, trustworthiness, reliability and a strong ability to work in a team round off your profile.
