Sales Supervisor (m/w) für 30h-40h/Woche in Berlin (Kurfürstendamm)

Verantwortungsbereich
- Erreichen und Übertreffen der Verkaufsziele sowie Umsetzen der Verkaufsstrategien
- Analyse der Abverkaufszahlen und KPI’s, um geschäftliche Erfordernisse abzuleiten
- Sicherstellen eines den Markenanspruch reflektierenden Einkaufserlebnisses durch exzellenten Kundenservice und kompetente Beratung in gepflegter und ansprechender Atmosphäre
- Ausbau eines zufriedenen Kundenstammes
- Motivation und ständige Weiterentwicklung des Personals (z.B. Produktwissen, Verkaufstechniken)
- Festlegung täglicher individueller Ziele für die Verkaufsmitarbeiter, die das Erreichen und Übertreffen des Tagesziels für den Store gewährleisten
- Einhaltung und Umsetzung aller Visual Merchandising Vorgaben für den Store
- Regelmäßiges Feedback und pro-aktive Kommunikation mit dem Vorgesetzten und Fachabteilungen

Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandel oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens drei Jahre Einzelhandelserfahrung
- Dynamische und motivierende Persönlichkeit, die ihre Leidenschaft für unsere Marke und Produkte an Kunden und Mitarbeiter übertragen kann
- Proaktives Handeln, sicheres Gespür für Dringlichkeit und Bereitschaft
- Gute analiytsche Fähigkeiten und Befähigung, die Geschäftsergebnisse durch KPI’s zu steuern
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
