**Job Summary & Work Environment**:
**As a Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service and a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing bar staff, maintaining inventory, monitoring beverage quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also handle customer complaints, manage the bar's financial performance, and create an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere. Strong leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role. As a Supervisor Bar & Club, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, often with loud music, bustling crowds, and a vibrant social scene. You’ll be on your feet for extended periods, moving between the bar area, kitchen, and customer tables. Teamwork is essential, as you'll be collaborating closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and schedule bar staff, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.**
- **Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.**
- **Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer experiences by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt and friendly service.**
- **Financial Management: Oversee the bar's financial performance, including monitoring sales, managing cash flow, and handling daily reports.**
- **Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that the bar adheres to all health, safety, and alcohol regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.**
- **Menu Development: Collaborate with management to create or update drink menus, introducing new cocktails and beverages to attract customers.**
- **Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality in the preparation and presentation of drinks, maintaining high standards at all times.**
- **Promotions and Events: Organize bar events, promotions, and marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and sales together with your Marketing & Sales Team**
- **Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all bar equipment is in good working order, scheduling repairs or maintenance when necessary.**
- **Team Leadership: Motivate staff, foster a positive work environment, and lead by example in providing exceptional service.**

- **Health and Safety Awareness: Familiarity with hygiene standards, alcohol regulations, and safety procedures to ensure compliance and a safe environment.**
