**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**:
SEEK’s HR team is the backbone of our organization that is dedicated to working for a world where everyone, everywhere can thrive and realize their potential. We are planning to further scale up our successful business of impact consulting, looking for a (Senior) HRBP (D/F/M) to create a holistic people strategy to grow our people base. This comprises professional development programs for our brilliant staff of consultants as well as the integration of new knowledge skills from external hires into one cohesive company culture.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated (Senior) HRBP (D/F/M) to join our young, dynamic and international team. In this position you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and fostering a high-performing and engaging work environment. This includes recruiting top talent, creating a structured development program for our employees, and creating a motivating work environment.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:
**Strategic HR Leadership**:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support our organizational growth strategy.
- Identify talent needs and develop workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
- Advise on HR best practices, models and policies to a positive, impact driven work culture in a growing organization.
**Employee Engagement and Performance Management**:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, employee development, and high performance.
- Evaluate and improve our Professional Development Framework (PDF) to align individual performance with organizational goals.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
**Talent Acquisition and Onboarding**:
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent, ensuring an efficient and fair selection process.
**Employee Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws in a fast-paced international environment.
- Proactively identify and address potential HR challenges and promote a positive work environment.
**Training and Development**:
- Identify learning and development needs across the organization and develop training programs to address these needs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as necessary.
