The Mouser Electronics EMEA Finance Team is in search of an engaged and competent person at the earliest possible date for the position of **EMEA Accountant (f/m/d)** As a member of the EMEA Accounting Team you perform several accounting functions including preparation of journal entries, maintenance of general ledger, group reporting, AP and other daily processing functions. **Primary responsibilities**: - Update and maintain the general ledger for our EMEA legal entities at a high standard - Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting to the headquarters in the US according to US-GAAP rules - Prepare account reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts - Prepare accounts and reports for statutory accounts - Support the preparation of different tax declarations and statutory reports - First point of contact for Mouser’s local CPA’s - Assist the Finance Manager on local statutory compliance obligations - Fulfill Mouser’s policies and procedures as well as statutory rules **What we are looking for**: - Degree in Business Administration (specialized in Finance / Accounting) or equivalent combination of education and general corporate accounting experience in EMEA. - Experience in international accounting practices (US-GAAP) - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in financial IT systems, preferably Oracle and MS Office - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German **What we offer**: - An interesting, diverse role in a global company - Working in an international, dynamic team - Competitive payment with good social benefits (vacation allowance, contribution to saving benefits) - Access to numerous discounts via our Corporate Benefits Portal - Regular staff events - Subsidized "EGYM Wellpass" membership - Free German course - Subsidy for the MVV job ticket - Fruit & Drinks - Permanent contract **This position is located in our Munich office**: Mouser Electronics Inc.
