To strengthen our team and support our development in Germany, we are now looking for a talented and dedicated: Accountant (F/M/D) based in Munich, Germany Your Mission As an Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of our financial processes. You will work closely with our Finance Manager and operational teams, supporting daily accounting tasks, month-end closing, and customer account management. Your Main Responsibilities Managing and maintaining accounting records Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and internal company policies Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes Preparing financial statements and reports Managing customer accounts, including cash collection and proactive follow-up Your Profile Completed training as a certified accountant (e.g., federal diploma or equivalent) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting Confident user of SAP HANA and MS Office, especially Excel Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and communication skills Fluent German (oral & written) required Good command of English (mandatory) Why Join ICAPE Group?
