**Summary**

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate, Client Experience Team to join our dynamic team located in Frankfurt.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Correspondence, in German (written and oral) with German Steuerberater (German tax preparers), German-speaking clients, Finanzamt (Tax Authority), Arbeitsamt (Labour Office / Employment Agency / Job Center), Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales ( Ministry for Labour and Social Affairs), and any local authority.
- Communication with payroll, landlord, or any local vendors.
- Translating documents from German to English, and from English to German.
- Performing scanning of documents, quality control of files using document scanning equipment.
- Prepare and organize working paper files for tax return preparation including scanning and uploading source documents received in physical or electronic form from clients into the document management system.
- Filing, correspondence, faxing, preparation and distribution of documents and other materials, and photocopying for professional staff as required.
- Responsible for the shipments electronically & paper including checking mail, managing mailing of documents including going to the post office/courier drop location.
- Other duties as assigned/necessary from time to time.

**EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent in English and German.
- Understanding German contracts or local announcement (for example about Covid etc).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to work well in a team environment/team player.
- Adaptability and proactive attitude.
- Strong and clear communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to learn new software packages.
- Background in office management or finance would be considered an asset.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Position requires in office attendance.
- Occasional overtime work required throughout the year. Heavy overtime work required from February to April 30.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14,42€ - 16,82€ per hour
