**Your future plans**
The Corporate Affairs department is committed to the continuous growth and improvement of RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST) as well as fostering business excellence. That is why we are the central point of contact for project management, innovation, communication, sustainability and organisational resilience.

As a working student you will support the team Corporate Improvement & Projects which includes the business continuity management (BCM) for RWEST.

Your tasks will include the following responsibilities:

- Support the introduction of a central business continuity tool
- Preparation and execution of business impact analyses
- Maintenance and optimisation of business continuity documentation
- Regular reporting on the status of BCM implementation
- Support the design, development and delivery of BCM training and scenario exercises
- Support with preparing communication on relevant BCM topics and updating the RWEST Board on a quarterly basis
- Follow-up of actions and measures to ensure continuous improvement in organisational resilience
- Participation in special topics or projects as they arise to ensure they meet BCM requirements

**Your powerful skills**
- Advanced in a bachelor's or master's degree with very good grades
- Very good analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working
- High level of conscientiousness paired with a high level of commitment
- Enthusiasm and enjoyment of working in a team with an open feedback culture
- Fluent written and spoken English required
- Good Microsoft Office Expertise

**Advantageous, but not a must**
- Ideally previous experience from comparable activities (internships, working student activities, etc.)
- Knowledge of German would be beneficial
