Babbel’s CRM program has a sizable impact on subscriber growth and engagement, and on the company’s revenue. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Revenue CRM will lead a group of highly motivated, creative and dedicated professionals in driving subscription growth, improving monetization and increasing lifecycle engagement among our customers.

As Babbel diversifies its Product Portfolio, new and exciting opportunities are emerging for the CRM team. This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical, customer-centric marketer who has a proven history in driving CRM innovation and growth in a company with multiple product lines.

Your impact will be wide and deep - from managing top-funnel to bottom-funnel consumer communications including conversion, monetization and retention programs. In addition to your direct responsibility for managing all revenue CRM, you will serve as the “Chapter Lead” for all CRM professionals at Babbel, creating common approaches and sharing best practices across revenue, product and engagement teams.

**You will**:

- Build on the CRM teams’ successful history in driving conversions from both recent and longer-term prospects by testing into new initiatives, e.g., segment-specific automations, creative tests, personalization, and much more, to improve conversions and increase monetization
- Partner with the Director of Paid Marketing to maximize conversions and revenue from first-time subscriptions by creating synergies across Paid Marketing and CRM with channel
- and segment-specific programs
- Improve Customer Lifetime Value both for first-time subscriptions, and by leveraging cross
- and up-selling opportunities for current subscribers
- Partner with the Brand, Creative Operations and Paid Marketing teams to deliver unified design, creative, messaging and voice across the consumer journey
- Drive continuous improvement in key performance metrics by developing a testing roadmap, benchmarking and analyzing results, documenting and communicating outcomes to key stakeholders
- Partner with analytics teams to surface actionable insights to inform our CRM strategies
- Champion ongoing innovation by partnering with Engineering teams to build our CRM tech stack and shape the CRM tech roadmap

- Positive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with ever-evolving challenges
- Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)

**You have**:

- 4+ years leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with several leading ESPs or Marketing Engagement Platforms
- Experience and understanding of the tech integrations and data flows in a high-performing CRM ecosystem
- Table stakes: experience with end-to-end CRM campaign development and management, A/B testing, attention to detail, goal-driven, data-orientation, analytical prowess, experience with developing impactful creative, exceptional communication and presentation skills, team-work oriented and collaborative mindset, ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and experience working cross functionally with Creative, Data, Engineering, Analytics and Product teams.
