Sircle Collection was founded and is headquartered in Amsterdam. Our Regional Hub in Berlin covers our growing collection of hotels in Germany and Austria. With currently 5 hotels (and more to come) in Germany and Austria, you will be the key person to maximize revenue and market share (in terms of revenue) in this expanding region within Sircle Collection.

**This is what you're going to do**
You ensure that sales and pricing strategies are based on commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting. As a member of the commercial team, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance and Booking Office departments to set and execute the commercial strategies. You will ensure that the commercial team are actively engaged in all revenue decisions and maintain regular communication to effectively drive, implement and review strategies and controls.
- You initiate forecasting, budgeting, reporting, standardization etc. for your region with your own team;
- You ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximize on all possible opportunities and minimize any risks;
- You initiate/contribute to regional & budget meetings;
- You ensure rate loading as RFP’s, GDS, consortia, corporate rates or FIT rates are executed by your team.

As our Regional Director of Revenue, you are responsible for initiating, planning, directing, implementing and executing the Sircle Collection revenue strategy into the German & Austrian region. You and your team are responsible for maximizing revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures. In a proactive and eager manner, you will drive the continued development and growth of revenue, profits and customer service standards and deliver the Sircle Collection mission relating to profit, people, customer and quality. You manage a growing team of currently two and maximize the performances and profitability of our current five properties in Germany and Austria. Furthermore, you work closely with our other regions at group level. You report directly to the Group Director of Revenue, located in The Netherlands.
Regional Director of Revenue
We are looking for a pro-active and self-confident revenue-driven manager who values partnerships. You need to be able to think and act in a strategic way and look at revenue from different angles. Co-partnering with hotel managers as well as Sales, Booking Office, Finance and Front Office departments is part of your regular duty. You stand out in your analytical approach to problem solving and demonstrate the ability to “think outside of the box”. You take the lead in motivating and developing your team to achieve revenue goals. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced company with a lot of potential. Therefore, you have to be adaptable.

Hi, I am Sjoerd and I joined Sircle Collection in March 2016. I am the Group Director of Revenue Management for Sircle Collection and have the great honor to manage the full revenue team. As an expert in revenue management, I am looking forward to working with you to maximize revenue and market shares as well as building a high performance team for the German & Austrian region I can't wait to meet you soon.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in revenue management (as a multi property revenue director/manager);
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a (small) team;
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage;
- Detail orientated and a proactive hands-on mentality;
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing market with a revenue positive effect;
- Ability to analyse financial statements and market data;
- Must possess strong computer (Excel) skills;
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to supervise, motivate and develop associates;
