**We are looking for a** Director, Global Commission Revenue** (all genders)** to join the Global Sales team on** our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.**

**Your main dish**:
- You define and manage our Global Revenue initiatives, framework and strategy; lead the day-to-day execution of all global processes supporting pricing and commissions in 50+ countries; and build the long term pricing vision and strategy for all the entities within the Delivery Hero group
- You conceptualize, experiment and execute new revenue initiatives; drive go to market planning for pricing and revenue projects and help scale adoption in the local markets
- You lead initiatives to reduce revenue leakage in markets through product and sales process improvements
- You work closely with the Global/Regional leadership and country level executives to prioritize and drive strategic/tactical decisions on vendor commission rates
- You lead cross-functional projects and engage with stakeholders from different functions including Sales, Product, Operations & Data to develop a holistic and unified strategy and achieve revenue and profitability targets
- You support the development and growth of a dedicated team of Revenue/Pricing Specialists
**The ingredients you bring to the table**:
- You have 8+ years of experience in consulting / pricing / revenue management or related experience
- You have experience leading programs and teams across functions and across regions
- You have experience driving revenue through product builds and partnerships
- You have Excel mastery (can perform complex functions)
- You have strong experience in project management
- You're entrepreneurial - You want to shape the direction of the company
- You're a relationship-builder - You can motivate people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and are used to delivering quick and efficient solutions - incl. the ability to step in for the “analyst’s part of the job”
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
**Nice to have**:
- You have good knowledge of various pricing methods and techniques, and pricing-related research methodologies
- You have previously worked in a fast-growing environment or a start-up company
- You have previously managed cross-functional and/or cross-country stakeholders
