- Business Unit: Corporate Unit**Your tasks**:

- You are responsible for the Accounts Payable area, in particular the recording and account assignment of incoming invoices
- You check invoices according to legal requirements and prepare their payment
- You are a competent contact person (M/F/d) for suppliers
- Within the framework of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, you independently carry out the respective closing activities
- You are also responsible for checking and posting travel expense reports
- As Finance Process Manager, you will play a key role in the further development of the Utimaco Group's AP process
- You will be responsible for regular reporting to our Director of Finance, with whom you will work closely
- You are a competent contact person (M/F/x) for auditors (M/F/x) and tax consultants (M/F/x)

**Your profile**:

- You have a commercial education
- In your previous professional career of at least 3 years, you have focused on accounting and have HGB knowledge;
- Ideally, you also have SAP knowledge;
- You have an independent, structured and flexible way of working as well as strong communication skills and persuasiveness;
- Fun at work and enthusiasm as well as
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills for working in an international team complete your profile.
