We are looking for a Cologne based HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F/d) to truly partner with our business unit teams, bring it to the next performance level as well as engage and further develop our colleagues. Tasks - Work proactively together with our business unit leadership team with a global team in all aspects of Human Resources - Enhance the fact and KPI driven exchange with the business unit to identify areas for improvement - Review and further develop structures to establish a leading people organization and drive business performance - Lead and manage potential conflict cases and labor law related actions - Closely cooperate with all other People Solution functions to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as an enabling employee experience **Requirements**: - A successfully completed university degree, preferably in the field of business administration and/or Human Resources Management - Multiple years ( >3 ys) of working experience as HR business partner with a strong tech and business focus - Familiarity with dynamic tech solution work environments and agile methods - Ability to deeply engage with our colleagues of all levels - Strong competence in moderation of critical dialogues - Excellent knowledge in German labor law - Focus on fast and flawless execution - A structured, independent and goal oriented working style - Fluency in German and English, spoken and written - Manage potential conflict cases and labor law related actions - Closely cooperate with all other People Solution functions to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as an enabling employee experience **Benefits**: The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
