**Your Role**

As Head of PMO (Project Management Office), you will strengthen project execution across Razor by driving early cross-functional alignment—particularly among Tech, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations—while preserving our entrepreneurial speed and MVP-first mindset. You'll introduce practical tracking and transparency without unnecessary complexity, ensuring clear next steps post-launch and preventing siloed execution. Your ability to employ adaptive communication for diverse audiences, from CXOs to different business and engineering divisions is critical. You will be adept at translating technical requirements for business stakeholders and vice versa, bridging the gap, fostering seamless understanding and collaboration across all levels. This hands-on role is ideal for a pragmatic, execution-driven leader who can balance agility with governance and lay the groundwork for a scalable PMO structure as we scale further.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the delivery of high-priority, cross-functional projects across Tech, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
- Driving early cross-team alignment, ensuring that project impacts across departments are considered from the start.
- Ensuring Tech is involved early in the project lifecycle, not only at implementation phases.
- Maintaining Razor's MVP delivery model, but implement lightweight governance to sustain focus and priorities after MVP launch.
- Setting up simple and clear project tracking tools and processes for better visibility and accountability.
- Acting as a bridge between departments to eliminate gaps, misalignments, and last-minute escalations.
- Keeping leadership informed with concise, action-driven reporting.

**Your Profile**

To succeed in this role you:

- Must have 7+ years of project management experience in fast-scaling, **e-commerce companies**:

- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrate hands-on, pragmatic leadership style: proactive, adaptable, and outcome-driven.
- Possess a strong ability to balance **speed, innovation, and structure** — enabling delivery without bureaucracy.
- Exercise executive-level stakeholder management and crisp communication skills.
- Fluent in English -German is a plus
- Obtain experience in coordinating AI or data-driven projects (e.g., AI model development, automation programs) is nice to have
- Exposure to compliance and vendor management topics (GDPR, ISO 27001) is a plus
- Have previous experience scaling project governance frameworks in fast-growth environments is a plus
