About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Working Student (M/F/d) to join our Investment Team and support its Corporate Relations strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on supporting our Head of Platform with the management of events to grow our strategic partnerships and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Our Investment team is constantly scouting Europe’s tech scene, searching for the next unicorn. Driven by curiosity and passion for technology, our experts meet with potential startup founders, support our portfolio companies on the board level alongside Venture Coaches, and help coordinate operational support with other teams.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Prepare presentations, content and independent research on a variety of events
- Work closely with founders in the field of corporate relations and consulting with own event expertise
- Prepare various partnership drafts and support the maintenance of strategic partnerships in close cooperation with our Head of Platform
- Plan and implement events, taking care of catering and other tasks
- Create guest lists and maintain related invitations

Your Profile
- Currently studying business administration, management, event management, media and communication or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in event management and event planning
- Passion for organizing events and independent familiarization with different topics
- Experience in working with startups and founders
- Great communication skills and confident in using tools to visualize presentations
- Empathic, curious and patient personality
- Goal-oriented and proactive, with an eye for detail
- Fluent in German and English

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
