Here’s your chance to shape our future together with us To drive bigger initiatives and projects we’re looking for a
**Head of Project Management (all genders)** become part of our
**Beats & Bytes **team at our Headquarters in
** Berlin**. It will be a
**permanent full-time **position reporting directly to the CTO.

**Your gig**:

- You lead, facilitate and empower a team of 4 - 5 FTE and not only manage, but actively take part in strategically relevant projects on an operational level
- You manage projects and strategic initiatives end to end - from initiation and planning to successful launch; you approach problems and opportunities with a logical and pragmatic mindset, and you ensure a transparent project controlling
- You proactively anticipate and remove bottlenecks, while effectively managing conflicts and priorities, you are willing to adjust your management approach to for each individual project to achieve expected results
- You thrive in overcoming organizational challenges, building up strong relationships and thinking beyond silos
- Together with your team you are responsible to challenge existing project management processes, to identify areas of improvement and to standardize best practices that benefit the team
- You will work closely with other leaders, especially in the areas of engineering, product management and design; you naturally tailor your communication to your audience, irrespective of their position in the organization
- You share your know-how and empower fellow colleagues with the help of self-created trainings and workshops
- You foster Diversity & Inclusion and as a leader you are developing your team as well as the individuals

**We are keen to jam with you if you**:

- You have a degree in economic science, management, product management or another relevant field
- You have long-time experience as a project manager or PMO lead, especially in the eCommerce sector
- You have a profound knowledge in project management methodology and frameworks, especially in an agile environment
- You have great interpersonal and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders as well as to senior leadership
- You can communicate efficiently in a tech as well as business related context and are experienced in acting as the link between tech and business, on all hierarchy levels
- You feel confident and natural reading, writing and speaking English; German skills are a plus
