If this sounds like you, this internship will provide you the opportunity to run high scale projects for our internal Training Department.

Internship missions

Working directly with our Training Manager, this internship will give you an all-round experience about the strategic Training function in a third-party Supply Chain company.

Force of proposal, you will also work on improving training materials and delivering your knowledge.

You will be expected to:

- Assist the team in answering users’ queries received on a daily basis;
- Manage the user’s creation, updates and assigned courses in our eLearning platform;
- Maintain and monitor our E-Learning Platform: The QIMA Academy, to ensure an optimized learning
- experience, updated content, and accurate performance metrics;
- Drive content creation and new courses implementation on the E-learning platform;
- Deliver weekly reports to emphasize training within the company and share latest information about
- our training content;
- Organize and deliver periodic soft skills training / webinar / Internal communication

**Profile**:
In order to be successful in this internship, the below skills-set is required:

- You are currently a Master degree student in Education, Human Resources, Marketing / Communication or related major;
- A growth mindset, along with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of English and German (spoken and written);
- Strong knowledge about instructional design tools: Videos, MS Office, interactive training;
- Proactive, and detail oriented
