**How you will leave your mark**:

- Develop and innovate with the Product Training Manager the product training content for Retail in various formats
- Follow up with markets success of Product Trainings, evaluate the impact and propose changes for future trainings
- Drive engagement on the Training Social Media page and the e-learining tool with the support of the Digital Training Manager
- Support the Digital Training Manager on content creation projects
- Analyze statistical data with the Digital Training Manager

**How you will experience success with us**:

- You are a student, or in a gap year and your ideally already have experience in internships; a background in Sales, Retail preferable/ Data Science/ Human Resources/ Marketing
- You are detail oriented and take pride in your work
- You are digitally proficient and understand the importance of Client Centricity
- You have experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Driven, self-starter, solution focused and an excellent team worker in a multi-cultural setting
- You know the MS Office products very well and you have especially good expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
- Completely fluent in English, fluent in French would be a plus
