**We are seeking for**:
We are seeking a motivated **Student Assistant**to join the **Teaching and Learning Innovation** team. You will support initiatives that shape the future of learning at KLU—helping to design engaging courses, implement forward-looking teaching strategies, and create learning resources that reflect KLU’s educational vision.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with research into innovative teaching practices and compiling best-practice examples.
- Helping develop tools, frameworks, and policies that promote effective and inclusive teaching.
- Creating and editing learning materials, including online content, informational videos, and guides.
- Assisting with cross-campus and international teaching projects (e.g., Collaborative Online International Learning).
- Supporting the design and delivery of workshops, events, and training for faculty and students.
- Collecting and organizing feedback from students and faculty to inform continuous improvement.

**Your qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program at KLU or another university.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Moodle, video editing tools, or learning tools is a plus.
- Interest in higher education, teaching innovation, and/or instructional design.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
