Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Local and international trainings actively support the organization and implementation and learn how to work with various stakeholders
  • Actively shape BAT's Learning & Development portfolio and incorporate your innovative ideas
  • Support in creating learning paths and the administration of our internal learning platform
  • L&D projects Work independently on topics and projects related to Talent Management
  • Trade fairs and events Be part of the preparation and implementation and gain valuable experience
  • Employer Branding projects Work on topics related to campus marketing/social media and gain insights into the Employer Branding strategies of our markets

What are we looking for?

  • Very good English and German skills
  • Strong communication skills and openness
  • Independent and proactive way of working
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Confident with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ideally initial practical experience in human resources or marketing
