- Manage comprehensive revenue planning, including annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Support the revenue team in developing, evaluating, and communicating commercial strategies
- Identify and implement effective distribution strategies in collaboration with the team
- Oversee and lead the Reservations department and its activities

- Extensive experience in revenue management, with a genuine passion for Distribution & Reservations
- Possess analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient in both German and English, enabling effective communication with guests, customers, and teams
- Demonstrates responsibility and conscientiousness, actively contributing to the team's success
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and influence to drive performance
