- Your role
- As a Recipe Tester, you will play an important role from day 1, you will work in a very dynamic and cross-functional team
- You will work in the Culinary Development & Optimisation Team in the DACH Customer Domain
- You will learn by working together with experts in your field and have the opportunity to continuously develop professionally- This role is available for a 24-month contract (extension possible)- Your area of responsibility- Planning weekly output of final cooks according to sprint plan and in alignment with RD Ops capacity
- Thorough recipe testing focusing on ensuring quality and consistency from Customer Point of View
- Providing relevant, constructive and data-driven feedback on recipes with a clear rationale
- Give improvement suggestions based on sophisticated approaches to value engineering, knowledge of our customers and aligning focus with internal initiatives
- Fostering global collaboration with recipe testers for best practice and initiative sharing
- Being responsible for prototyping new ingredients
- Overseeing kitchen hygiene, food safety, expense management, event coordination and any other issues related to culinary kitchen space
- Owning inventory management of unique SKUs in liaison with our distribution centers and category managers
- Your profile- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- You have a basic knowledge of sensory science, nutrition and consumer products
- You have a great interest in operational processes and their continual improvement
- You work independently, structured and conscientiously
- You have (very) good MS Office skills, especially in [Excel/PowerPoint]
- You are highly proficient in German and English
- You are creative and convincing with strong communication skills and feeling of language
