HF DACH is looking for a Director Growth to continue its expansion in the DACH region. This position directly reports to the CMO DACH and is part of the Marketing Domain Leadership Team, which sets strategies, steers execution and develops marketing teams for the DACH cluster. **You will**: - Be a thought leader and expert in growth marketing - Build, lead, and develop a team of highly-capable growth marketers, while contributing to our authentic, inclusive, and performance-driven culture - Steer the growth strategy and its execution in core topics related to customer acquisition in online and offline marketing - Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels - Oversee and manage a significant marketing budget (min. 8-digit € budget), optimizing for profitability through channel testing, marketing mix expansion, tactical adjustments, and strategic initiatives - Have a passion for innovation to constantly identify new opportunities, as well as tenacity for owning the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel, collaborating across multiple functions and driving business results for both the short and long term - Collaborate with a variety of local (brand, product, analytics) and global teams (central marketing functions in Berlin HQ) to build a holistic and sustainable marketing and high growth strategy **You have/are**: - 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Management Consulting or eCommerce - Naturally curious, a fast paced go-getter with a "learning never stops" mindset - The ability to think strategically and the adaptability to get your hands dirty when needed - Experience managing a team of multiple direct reports and significant marketing budget - Experience managing stakeholders from different departments of the business - Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making - A strong interest in marketing channel innovation, growth hacks and marketing strategies - All-round marketeer with strong interest and knowledge in digital (focus creator marketing, i.e. Influencer and Podcast) and offline marketing (partnerships, print marketing, direct sales, etc.) - Experience working within online ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager etc. - Solid understanding of advertising and marketing technology - Logical, hard working and structured with a strong track record of overdelivering - Adaptable and business focused: you naturally prioritise projects that are high impact - Track record of delivering targets and KPIs in a fast paced environment **What you'll get in return**: - Modern and comfortable working space with great co-workers in Berlin-Kreuzberg - Discount for HelloFresh boxes and HelloFreshGo products - Development possibilities along with internal trainings and a yearly Learning & Development budget - Flexible working hours including Work From Home/Work from Abroad/Sabbatical Policy, as well as a home office set up budget - Extensive Onboarding and Buddy Program - Social events including team events, Friday beers, company runs, book club, etc. - Discounted fitness offers with our Urban Sports Club and John Reed partners, as well as in house gym and yoga classes - Well-being initiatives in cooperation with Headspace and Fürstenberg Institut - Childcare and company pension scheme benefit - Monthly transportation budget via RYDES **About HelloFresh**: We believe that sharing a meal brings people of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures together.
