R/GA Berlin is looking for a Senior Designer for our Brand Design team.
We see brand as much more than static guidelines and corporate colour schemes. Together, we're building a diverse practice of brand, visual, verbal, and experience designers who create purpose-driven brands people love to invite into their lives. Our talent mix lets us leverage the full power of brand to shape our clients' customer experience, inform their business decisions, define their product roadmaps and unlock the full potential of their company culture. Whether in service of a large corporation launching a game-changing service or an NGO fighting for social justice, we're driven to create work that makes a difference.
**On any given day you might**:

- Define strategic and creative points of view on brand character, brand image, and design themes
- Craft actionable direction for other designers
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines on sharpening ideas and enhancing brand design deliverables
- Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project
- Present confidently and professionally to clients and internal teams, including executives
- Contribute to holistic thinking about brand design, including how a brand acts, how a brand looks, and how a brand comes to life throughout an experience
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand design discipline at R/GA

**Ideally, you**:

- Have a challenger mindset when it comes to understanding and working with brand and experience design
- Are motivated to help shape our constantly-evolving approach to creating and improving brand experiences
- Have proven ability to produce cutting-edge creative work, as well as a master-level understanding of design and layout
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills within the team and with clients
- Have outstanding presentation skills
- Can instruct and mentor junior team members

**You bring**:

- A love of big, business and world-changing ideas, and a desire to contribute to shaping them
- 5+ years experience in the brand identity and design industry
- Strong understanding of brand identity systems, brand guidelines creation, logo design, typography, iconography, etc
- An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates brave brand identity thinking with systematic execution
- Excellence in Adobe, Figma, and Google Slides - experience with 3D or motion design programs would be beneficial

**Remote / Hybrid Options**
At R/GA Berlin we've been working remotely for the past two years, and fully embraced our 'you do you' philosophy. We're planning to gradually open up our office space in Prenzlauer Berg, and explore what our hybrid working environment will look like, which may include some requirements to work from the office. We're also passionate about the potential fully remote working can offer our people and our business - we'd love to hear about your working from home experience and expectations.
