**Summary**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for inbound shipments. You will assess the devices that are returned and maintain communication with the customers for refunds and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.

**Qualification Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Preferred experience in data entry, organization and customer care.
- Preferred experience in a fast-paced organization, technology or similar.
- Fluency in English is preferred.

**Capabilities**:

- Advanced Word/Excel knowledge is a plus.
- Proactive management of issues and activities, good prioritization
- Strong communication, highly motivated person able to work with limited direction
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while following explicit policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and able to work well in a team or as an independent contributor
- Ability to work calmly, maintain a professional demeanor, achieve results under pressure and perform tasks accordingly.

**Key duties and responsibilities** include, but are not limited to, the following**:
**Return processing/project participation/reporting**:

- Communicating politely and professionally with customers, sales representatives and Mobi Hub staff regarding returns, status inquiries, general inquiries, account issues, customer concerns and suggestions
- Ensure data entry of required information with integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Thoroughly and quickly resolving any queries/issues and keeping all parties involved informed of the progress
- Create, update and manage reports as needed
- Setting priorities and completing multiple tasks at the same time
- Report customer suggestions and feedback
- Track all open, pending, unreturned retunrs (flag them if necessary and help determine next steps)
- Investigate and report any return errors due to customer service delays or errors

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Accomplish tasks with independent judgment and initiative.
- Understand the organization and operation of the company and external agencies as necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
- Have tact and judgment in responding to inquiries and solving problems
- Maintaining records and reports.
- Clear and concise communication, both oral and written.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

Type of position: full-time, permanent
