In Semikron Danfoss, we are expecting an explosive growth over the next coming years as electrification becomes a higher priority within the automotive industry. Therefore, we are looking for a **Supply Chain Specialist (M/F/d)** to join our team in Semikron-Danfoss Automotive. As a Supply Chain Expert, you will be supporting our new production lines in our Automotive Division in Nürnberg, as we are ramping up production for our demanding Automotive customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the end to end supply chain strategies to streamline and optimize the local setup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with business objectives
- Facilitate and work as a change agent between the different stakeholders from Sales, production, warehouse and procurement
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain supply chain metrics to track performance and identify trends
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply
- Support the local entity with the implementation of a new ERP system (SAP S/4 Hana, EWM)
- Support sales in fulfilling customer requirements in the supply chain (TCO analysis)**Background & Skills**
- For this role, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field and 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or consulting of supply chain topics. You are used to work in a Global environment with a detailed understanding of how the E2E Supply chain process works.Additionally, we are looking for:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate and network across functions, countries, and hierarchies
- Experienced with SAP (S/4 HANA)
- Experienced with Shopfloor systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Holistic knowledge of supply chain processes and can implement process changes
- Previous experience with the automotive industry is seen as an asset
