**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Your role as a **SENIOR PROJECT CONTROLLER (f/m/d) is** to support that all tasks belonging into PMO are successfully conducted. You ensure an efficient and successful planning, analyzing, handling and interpretation of data; the implementation of a project controlling culture and you help to find ways of a more efficient working style within the business side of the company. Furthermore, you provide the best-in-class communication style with the procurement teams of all existing or future clients. You will also support in implementing global solutions on the international scale on demand.

In this role you will.
- **
Ensure** a successful use of the internal project Management Software / ERP tool and be a key-user for the tool
- ** Keep track** of** the order-to-cash process of our offers
- ** Guide and train** **act.3 employees to perform within project calculation and budgeting
- ** Regularly overview** the efficiency of the project teams and projects
- ** Support** internal budget processes
- ** Create and implement** **tools and/or processes that support the tasks mentioned above
- ** Support** pitch/tender processes whenever necessary
- ** Create** monthly budget overview reporting
- ** Support** with financial (ad hoc) overviews/updates
- ** Control** overall global budgets and offers
- ** Conduct** quality checks and supervision (order-to-cash) of our offers
- ** Communicate** with stakeholders regarding offer/purchasing status
- ** Archive** and keep track of** supplier invoices
- ** Work** closely with the Project Management Teams

**WHO YOU ARE**:

Educated**. You have a university degree or equivalent education in the field of Business Administration /Finance or event.
- ** Experienced**. You have 2-3 years of experience in the field of business analysis/controlling.
