**SENIOR SCRUM MASTER GLOBAL E-COMMERCE**:

- Herzogenaurach, Germany**YOUR MISSION**:

- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies: including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and progress tracking.
- Coach and mentor multiple cross-functional agile development teams in Scrum and agile practices, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the development of clear and achievable sprint goals and backlog items.
- Foster a culture of transparency and accountability by identifying and removing any roadblocks that may hinder team progress.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging team members to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver quality software solutions.
- Monitor and track project metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and project forecasting.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependencies, ensuring smooth integration and alignment of efforts across multiple agile teams.
- Serve as a change agent, driving the adoption and continuous improvement of agile methodologies and best practices across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies, incorporating relevant insights into team practices and processes.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and agile coaches to share knowledge, collaborate on organization-wide initiatives, and contribute to the development of agile maturity within the company.

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Proven track record of leading successful Agile transformations within organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Agile project management tools and software.
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable
