Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- The HR Strategy, Governance & Transformation team is a new team that has just recently been built up.- The team is responsible for setting and driving the HR vision and operational HR strategy. The team owns the global process governance concept, drives efficiency, cost and end to end compliance for all HR operations, technology and project management in collaboration with GBS. It is responsible for the HR budget and cost tower. In addition, the team drives HR’s strategic planning by orchestrating a holistic strategy process and playing an active role in strategy creation, planning and process for execution, acts as the HR Head Office and provides CHRO support. With the central Project Management team being part of SGT, the team also supports all HR high priority programs and projects and is overall accountable for the successful implementation of the HR Transformation program.- The Senior Director HR Governance & Processes has a special focus to deploy, sustain and further improve the HR Process and Governance framework, incl. the HR process taxonomy. In addition, the role is responsible for the steering and overseeing of HR operational services in close liaison with GBS and the oversight over all central HR related Audit, Compliance and Risk topics in close liaison with Internal Audit, Compliance and the Risk colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
- In alignment with the SVP HR Strategy, Governance & Transformation:
- Further deploy, sustain and improve the global HR governance framework, including processes, procedures and operational standards and controls
- Further deploy, sustain and improve the HR policy framework, standard setting and oversight
- Further deploy and improve the global HR process governance concept and be the HR Process Taxonomy owner
- Support process owners in the development of the respective process controls
- partner with and be the central HR SPOC with HR operational services (GBS HR) to ensure strong collaboration
- implementation oversight of the agreed service delivery model and continuous review and improvement
- Oversee the delivery of HR operational services (GBS HR) and initiate/drive improvements to HR services
- Provide HR direction to GBS which GBS would operate and execute against
- Co-create and align KPIs/Metrics, SLAs/DOUs and service delivery targets for GBS HR and ensure appropriate execution
- Planning and oversight of the Service Transition Strategy to GBS HR and oversight over the execution
- Manage the overall partnership with Corporate Risk Management and be key point of contact for the annual HR Risk Assessment
- Partner with Legal, Tax and Compliance to ensure required process adjustments related to existing but changed regulations are being implemented
- Oversee theGlobal HR Internal Audits and monitor and steer related action plans
- Act as product area lead for HR and drive the product-led transformation of HR in close collaboration with TECH and GBS

- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in business administration
- Minimum 10-13 years of progress
