**YOUR TALENT**:

- Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting - alternatively, a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk, or similar qualification)
- Initial experience in controlling, finance, or accounting is a strong advantage
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for numbers
- Precise, well-organized working style with attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset, self-motivated, and eager to develop professionally
- Part time possible too with min 25-30h/week or full time

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Support Senior Financial Controller Europe in monthly closing processes
- Act as a business analyst and provide business insights by using existing reports and commentary files
- Update and improve BI reports
- Further develop KPI’s and processes
- Work closely with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. international Controlling, area finance teams or GTM)
- Provide standard reports
- Coordinate preparation of monthly management meeting and rolling forecasts
- Consolidate area inputs and provide key conclusions
- Get control over different data sources and ensure correctness of used parameters
- Support Budget and forecast processes
- Ad-hoc projects
