We are looking for a Product Teamlead to join our teams working on our agent-facing booking and station management products. You will be part of our success story in delivering unique travel adventures to customers around the world and supporting our station teams to deliver a great experience every time.

**THE ROLE - YOUR PASSION**
- You will be leading multiple product owners who are in charge of making roadsurfer a more customer centric and effective organisation and deliver exceptional experience
- You are accountable for the continuous and transparent communication with all involved stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on the way forward
- You actively work on an inspiring product vision and help the teams translate it into outcomes that drive our success
- You are accountable for overall roadmap and strategy for our internal software that connects our teams and is the backbone of our operations
- You work effectively with the engineering team and stakeholders to develop impactful products and features that meet business needs
- You question the status quo and anticipate opportunities, backed up by data and facts
- You evangelise best product management practices in your team and help the teams become even more outcome focussed
- As a servant leader, you continuously coach your team to help them grow professionally and personally

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SURF THE WAVE WITH US**
- You are a visionary product leader across teams and hierarchies, comfortable with both writing and presenting your ideas to motivate the team for the product vision and the rationale behind it
- You already have experience in leading multiple product teams in an agile and scaled environment for a customer facing product
- Additionally you have several years of expertise as a product manager or product owner with a proven track record of shipping and quickly iterating impactful products
- You actively work on an overarching product vision and strategy which is reflected in an ambitious but achievable roadmap
- You are in constant alignment with our management, the product organisation and stakeholders
- You have experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to take informed decisions
- You have a proven focus on both, customer-centricity and impact-driven mindset
- You are creative and striving for new innovative product ideas that make the difference
