After growing **_more than 3x over the last year _**, 7Learnings is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join us in pushing the limits of our sales engine.
As Sales Account Executive, B2B SaaS (M/F/d), you have one goal above all: to engage and convert qualified prospects by demonstrating the 7Learnings solution and negotiating contracts.
This is a fast-paced role where you are able to own your own success. It is the perfect stepping stone to become a Senior Account Executive as you help build the Sales team.
**Responsibilities**- Consultative B2B selling & enterprise sales- Build and maintain relationships with senior level clients- Provide custom demonstrations of 7Learnings solutions to prospects- Develop and maintain sales best practices, pitches, objection handling, issues resolution- Lead contract negotiation processes & ensure a good commercial fit with prospects- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals- Help shape the direction of the operational strategy, optimize new processes and build strategic partnerships
**Requirements**:
- Experience in consultative B2B selling & enterprise sales- You conduct impactful presentations and have a consultative sales approach- You are strong, positive, and resilient- You go out your way to engage new client relationships- 2-4 years of experience from retail or/and eCommerce- Excellent English language skills and good German language skills
