Tasks
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the AI space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building long-term relationships with enterprise clients across German-speaking markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
- Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in DACH markets
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to C-level and technical stakeholders
- Understand client needs and align them with our AI-driven SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as needed
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AI domain preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment
- Strong understanding of the AI and B2B SaaS landscape and enterprise sales cycles
- Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory), with excellent English communication skills
- Experience selling to DACH-region clients is highly preferred
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
**Nice to Have**:
- Background in AI, automation, or conversational technology
- Experience working in cross-functional global teams
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
