We are seeking for an experienced, highly motivated, and encouraging Business and Performance Controlling Head who will own the full spectrum of the Controlling function for SFS EQ:
- Be a trusted Partner of the SFS EQ Management and lead a motivated finance team, which is passionate about reporting, planning incl. forecasting, commercial principles and concepts, as well as the continuing development of a Performance Measurement System (KPI system)
- You are in charge of steering and guiding the budget planning process, preparation of monthly forecasts and preparing regular business and performance reviews
- The detailed preparation of the monthly BU (Business unit) standard reporting incl. special reports and ad-hoc analyses are also part of your daily tasks. This includes continuous improvements of the automated reports to provide comprehensive data and analytics for management decisions
- Furthermore, your team drives and overlooks the closing process and performs the controlling of the BU support functions
- In addition, your role includes several governance aspects such as co-ordination of the ICFR process in the BU HQ and the administration of the signature mandate
- Act as a partner and consultant of your peers in the BU Finance leadership team and the other support function heads. You learn from regular exchange with the SFS functional departments and CF R and the external financial auditors
- In addition, you and your team play a meaningful role in crafting projects

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- We want to get to know you if you hold a university degree with long-term professional experience in various finance functions including leading or management functions
- Having held already a leadership position is a benefit
- Extensive knowledge in accounting (IFRS and German GAAP) and financial controlling
- Experience in M&A transactions and company valuations
- Act as an entrepreneur, take initiative and are enthusiastic about handling several priorities
- It is easy for you to convince by your analytical thinking, your result and solution orientation in cooperation with convincing negotiation skills
- You are eager to drive the digital transformation and encourage others with your ideas & always have the big picture in mind
- Full proficiency in English and German
