- Leiten, Steuern und Durchführen von Projekten im Business Intelligence-Umfeld, wie z.B. die inhaltliche Verbesserung und Neuidentifikation von Berichten oder dem Technologiewechsel von IBM Cognos zu Microsoft BI
- Führen eines Projektteams aus BI Business Analysten, BI Entwicklern und BI Architekten
- Anforderungsanalyse sowie Definieren und Abstimmen der Projektziele und der Vorgehensweise
- Steuern des gesamten Projekts hinsichtlich Qualität, Ressourcen, Zeit und Kosten
- Aufbauen und Weiterentwickeln der Projektmanagement Methoden (klassisch und agil) sowie aussagekräftiger Reporting
- und Analyseinstrumente
- Aktives Mitwirken in der Definition und Umsetzung relevanter Kennzahlensysteme und Cockpits
- Erarbeiten von Entscheidungsvorlagen zur Abstimmung auf Management Ebene
- Weiterentwickeln der BI-Organisation sowie Gestaltung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsfähigen BI-Strategie

**DAS ÜBERZEUGT UNS**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ökonometrie, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik/-Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Mehrjährige Beratungs
- und Projektleitungserfahrung im Business Intelligence-Umfeld
- Hohe Affinität zu businessrelevanten Projekten und Prozessen im Handelsumfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu BI-Architektur und Vorgehensmodellen
- Kenntnisse im Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI)
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
- Selbstständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
