We've got an exciting opportunity for a Designer to join our Emmy Award-winning team, working with one of our partners - a global streaming service. You'll create social media content on this key account with the help of a team of project managers, content managers, editors and designers, and will report to our Social Content Director.

We are looking for someone with knowledge across all social media platforms, and an understanding of how brands can use social media to engage audiences online. Someone with experience on always on content, and organic and paid campaigns at a national level working with all partners.

You will be part remote and part based near our Berlin office in Germany. However we are open to German speakers based in other locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design eye-catching paid and organic social content across static, motion and video for all social platforms based on briefs from the creative team.
- Create content for events such as premieres or live sessions.
- Ensure that all visual content follows our client's branding guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and logo usage.
- Develop templates for social media posts that can be reused for multiple types of content, maintaining consistency across our client's channels.
- Collaborate with the team to plan visual content according to the content calendar.
- Refine designs based on feedback from the client or the social media team.
- Stay informed on platform best practices and the latest trends in social media design and incorporating them into your work.
- Experiment with new visual formats or concepts.
- Demonstrate the ability to not only answer the brief but push the brief.
- Manage projects while maintaining a high standard and quality.
- Use constructive criticism to evolve design solutions to ensure progress.
- Use your brand knowledge to add their style, designing within the right boundaries.

**Qualifications**
2 years professional experience in a relevant role/industry
- Someone who is fluent in both English and German.
- Experience with both static, editing and motion design for social media assets with the desire to keep evolving.
- Expertise in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in the agency world, working on some of the biggest, most creative global brands.
- Experience in entertainment, pop and internet culture.
- Passionate about design, art and tech trends.
- Experience with graphic design, layout, and typography; specifically, creating content for social, static and motion.
- An understanding of social and paid media best design practices across all social media platforms.
